This is my very favourite Guacamole recipe. You need 2 avocadoes, juice from 1 lemon, 1 tomato, half a paprika, 1 glove garlic, 1 spoon chopped spring onion, parsley. Put everything in the food processor and blend it. Leave it for 30 minutes in the fringe and serve with freshly baked bread.
Very healthy and delicious recipe!
