This is a great avocado dip, very tasty and very healthy food recipe. I have got the recipe from my mom, who creates amazing things in the kitchen. It is so easy and quick to make it that after I first tried it has become a very regular side dish or bread dip on our table. The ingredients are very basic – of course you need 2 good ripe avocadoes, a bit of salt, just to taste, 1 mashed garlic clove, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp olive oil. First and very important sprinkle a bit of salt on the top of the onion and squeeze it in your fist to release some of the juice. Then wash the onion and add it to the mashed avocado in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash very well, until you get smooth, nice puree. Serve as a bread dip or side dish.
