It might burn when it is fresh but when cooked it has such a nice mild taste, much better then spinach or other green leaf foods. I will add just a bit more for the stinging nettle. In case you do not know what to do with it just try to make it as spinach or other green leafs vegetables. You will be surprised of the nice taste. You can also eat it fresh. I will add some more recipes later on. I have tried with different types of potatoes and they all came really good. Peel them and cut on slices as on the picture. Turn the oven on 150 C or around 300 F. Cover a baking pan with thin layer of olive oil and arrange the potato pieces as shown on the picture then turn them upside down to be sure both sides are oiled. Season by your wished, I use salt, red pepper powder and sometimes black pepper, but you can be creative and try your own versions. Add the strawberries, the vanilla and the sugar, continue stirring the jam on medium hot stove and after it thickens pour it into dry jars. With this recipe you can keep the jam for a very long time. Grate the apples and put them into the pot, boil on medium heat while regularly stirring until they soften in their own juice. Add the strawberries, the vanilla and the sugar, continue stirring the jam on medium hot stove and after it thickens pour it into dry jars. With this recipe you can keep the jam for a very long time. Close the jars with a good lid while they are still hot and leave them until they cool. This way the jam is preserved airtight. You can store the jars in a cool room, like basement or storage and open one when you want to have nice sweet breakfast.</p>
