As we are determent to always provide tasty and healthy recipes I feel that this recipe for guacamole must be shared in Health food recipes. This is my very favorite Guacamole recipe, so be aware that it is quite far from the traditional guacamole recipes but with a lot of experiments I think we reached even a better result. It is a simple recipe for guacamole but very tasty. You need 2 ripe avocados, the juice from 1 lemon, 1 tomato, half a paprika, 1 glove garlic, 1 spoon chopped spring onion, parsley. Put everything in the food processor and blend it. Leave it for about 30 minutes in the fridge and serve with freshly baked bread.
