You need 1 onion, half a tomato, sea salt, 1 tea spoon of red pepper powder, spearmint, 500 gr green beans, 500 gr potatoes, 2 table spoons oil.
Warm the oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onion, and stir for around 5 minutes
on medium high temperature. Add the green beans and the potatoes cut on boats. Put the lid on and leave for around 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add the red pepper powder and the spearmint, around 1 table spoons should be enough. Stir for couple of more minutes, add the tomatoes and 3 cups of warm water. Cook until ready. Vegetables should be soft. Mash one third of the potatoes to make the sauce thicker and cook for couple of more minutes. Serve with freshly baked bread and garlic gloves.
