This tomato soup recipe is low-fat and low calorie, perfect for dieting. When cold you can use it as a dip for veggies or chips. You can freeze the soup for up to 6 months, which means you can make a big batch in the summer when the tomatoes are at their peak and eat it in the winter. The best way to thaw the soup is over night in the fridge.
