This is one of the children’s favorites. It is very refreshing cold summer soup. You need
2 cups of yogurt, half tsp of salt, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cucumber. Mix very well the yogurt with the salt and the oil and add the cucumber cut on cubes. Pour 1 cup of water, mix and fix on taste if necessary. Serve as a cold soup with other meals or instead of snack.
